The stock market has almost reached a yearly high due to a positive outlook on the economic forecast from Bernanke saying the "recession is over."  Although it's over, the long journey back to a prosperous economy will take a while.  To every bad side, there is a good side.  The good side is everything is cheap, well except gas, but if you take a look at the stocks - there's tons of bargains!  I've been looking at penny stocks - stocks that cost less then a dollar or so and I've assembled a list worth checking out:
